I provide professional therapeutic services including:

• Individual therapy sessions

All services are provided in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and history
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Follow treatment recommendations and participate actively in therapy
• Respect the therapeutic relationship and maintain appropriate boundaries
• Make timely payments for services rendered

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and insurance.

If you have insurance coverage, I will work with your insurance provider to process claims. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by your insurance.

Limitation of Liability

While I provide professional therapeutic services, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Therapy is a collaborative process, and results may vary. I am committed to providing the highest quality care within the scope of my professional practice.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
